I sent a laptop to [Cleverbuy Onlineshop – Elektronik kaufen und verkaufen](https://www.cleverbuy.de/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA5rGuBhCnARIsAN11vgR56cH7NeIK2GhB_zop2dsPy90yFxcEkhHWLp7Avsx0h_8BU9V_B3UaAt2AEALw_wcB) and they were supposed to give me money in 14 days but it has been 6 weeks and when i write them email asking for update , they either don’t reply or don’t give promising reply.
What can i do here? Should Filing a police complaint be the next step?

Seems to be pretty common: https://de.trustpilot.com/review/cleverbuy.de and i highly doubt the police will do anything.
