  1. We would be so screwed. Only the hipsters who don’t watch Brighton *regularly* are wanking over De Zerbi.

  2. Literally never won a trophy as a manager. But fuck it, why not

  3. Damn dident know fabrizio romano was barca club president

  4. This is not the time for ambitious new prospects. We need a proven decorated coach for ONCE!

  5. If you think De zerbi made that team you are retarded af!

  6. -No career trophies

    -Never managed a club of Barca caliber and the surrounding media circus

    -1 and a half seasons as the current ‘trendy’ manager

    Can’t help but feel this is a recipe for disaster, and an easy path to Setien 2.0. He’s wouldn’t have an entire dressing room full of club legends to deal with so there wouldn’t be the same kind of mutiny, but this is so risky.

    This is the pick you make if you’re in a position to take a swing on someone, and we need of a different profile. We need a track record of success. Someone who has a clear vision and the weight in the dressing room to implement it. At least Hansi Flick has a treble under his belt and can deal with the egos and the pressure of a mega club.

  7. This made me imagine what it would be like to have Romano as our sporting director and I had a nice chuckle

  8. Alright, so:

    * Hansi Flick

    * Robert de Zerbi

    * Thomas Tuchel

    * Xabi Alonso

  9. No trophy as a manager

    Managing a club like Brighton which has zero expectations

    I dont think he will be able to handle the pressure

  10. 22x money on zerbi, not so sure hes top contender…

  11. Anyone else afraid the top pics by laporta cant come cuz of high clauses, managers demanding high pays, or not wanting to come…and for laporta to be forced with his f) choice

  12. i am not a barca fan but if your board wants a good solution with a manager who knows the club, i would go for either thiago motta or garcia pimienta, but i guess smart decisions aren´t en vouge with them
