It looks like the model ScotGov commissioned produced rather more realistic results than the one SAGE commissioned. Scotland’s Omicron cases aren’t that different from the rest of the UK, but this “worst case scenario” is nowhere near the “million cases per day” that SAGE’s models were generating.
