Two days ago Trump filed with the Supreme Court. Yesterday the Supreme Court gave Smith seven days to respond. Today Smith responded. Jack don’t fuck around.

Now we see how long Trump drags his feet on responding and how much time SCOTUS gives him. Honestly, the fact that this is taking so long on what has got to be the most baseless claim of immunity that’s ever been asserted is already a testament to how insane this all is. And with the SCOTUS tradition where a single justice can delay an opinion to change what they wrote, who knows how long it’ll take before the actual opinion is out with folks like Thomas on the bench.
I hope Biden starts tweeting about his plans once SCOTUS rules he has complete criminal immunity. “Justice Thomas, please join me for lunch 🙏 “
SCOTUS does not want to have to make a call on this one. They are too scared. They will absolutely delay it.

The Due Process clauses of the United States Constitution require judges to recuse themselves from cases in two situations:
Where the judge has a financial interest in the case’s outcome.
Where there is otherwise a strong possibility that the judge’s decision will be biased.
The Orange Face painted wannabe dictator needs to be held accountable for his crimes against we the people… he should have been incarcerated long ago, nobody would have been allowed to get away with as much disinformation as he has while facing so many charges… let alone been allowed to shittalk as much and instigate his followers to make death to civilians as well as the court folk…
