Who can possibly afford to live in these areas? Is everyone there either a millionaire or in a council flat?
I just don’t understand how anybody could privately rent/own there!
Sounds great, and at least they’re not calling it “Midtown”. The whole area deserves a decent uplift.
AFAIK, there’s quite a bit of social housing around there and plenty of students everywhere too.
