Ah lads wtf…..The inspector said that the unusual thing was that Mr Grimes had been removed from the road with his arms and legs arranged and his shoes lined up neatly parallel beside him. The court heard previously that there was evidence that Mr Grimes had been moved after he was struck by the vehicle, but there was no evidence that this was done by Keane.

Is it not mental that your ban from driving runs with your prison sentence? Surely it should start when you can drive when you leave prison? What’s the point of a 5 year driving ban and a 5 year prison sentence?
Seriously. I want to know, genuinely, at what point are we gonna actually start doing something about him? protesting this and calling for his resignation? Even a fuckin petition! How is he getting away with it?!
If it’s not scumbags with multiple convictions stealing and assalting, If it’s not pedophiles, if it’s not people assaulting guards, if it’s not a drunk driver who LITERALLY killed someone in a hit and run, then what?!
I’m actually afraid to find out what it’s gonna take for people to say enough is enough.
Imagine someone you loved was hurt or killed by some low life, or your business was destroyed, and you have to live with the fact that this piece of shit let the perpetrator walk.

Dangerous driving causing death/vehicular manslaughter should come with a lifetime driving ban honestly. You shouldn’t get another chance behind the wheel after taking a life.
The Irish justice system is complete and utterly fucked. The only purpose it serves is to make anyone in that circle rich of the back of the taxpayer funding this farce of a system. I would say the justice system is close behind RTE in terms of an utter waste of money and contempt of the tax payer.
I’m curious, what does it take to get Nolan on your side? Doesn’t seem like much.
