Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex spent Valentine’s Day in Whistler, British Colombia, at the Invictus Games training camp.

Canada will host the Games in 2025 and have set up the training camp to support nations in building year-round adaptive sports programs.

The royal couple greeted athletes and onlookers, as well as taking part in activities, like sit-skiing, on the slopes.

  15. Canada doesn't want them here. They were given $30 million of taxpayers' dollars for Invictus, yet homeless Vets still sleep on the streets in the middle of Canada's deadly winters. They were booed loudly when they arrived, and they deserved it.

  16. Stop giving these two any credibility. After what they have done to the Royal family it is ludicrous! If this is THE OFFICIAL Royal channel you are demeaning it by giving these two any airtime.
    Harry copied the idea for the Invictus Games from the US Warrior Games and a team comprised of Royal Foundation members, including William and Catherine, did all the grunt work of setting it up. Harry did nothing but take the unwarranted credit for an event where he has never been anything more than a figurehead.

  17. Harry did not create the Invictus Games on his own . This is a well known fact. It was a joint venture between William, Catherine and the Royal Foundation.

With a bullhorn and a huge bag of ripe, rotten, mouldy, fruit and veggies. Does anyone want to pitch in? A bit of alternative fundraising? I can guarantee it will be cheaper than Meghans wardrobe for a single day?!

The Invictus games was an initiative of the Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (at that time and they let Prince Harry ride their coattails) in partnership with the Ministry of defence. The event was organised by a specially formed committee supported by the delivery team from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It was headed up by Sir Keith Mills who was the chairman and CEO of the Olympic and Paralympic games of 2012. In 2014 with his experience from being the chairman and CEO of those games, HE (NOT HARRY) established and became the chairman Of the Invictus Games.

    What is it going to take before the Toxic Duo get consequences for their wretched behavior?
    Shouldn’t the Invictus Games be about the VETERANS and not faux Royal grifters?
    Why is the Invictus Games committee asking for donations when they were given $31 million? Where is the money going?
    Why is the MEDIA protecting the Toxic Duo? When did the media abandon going after the TRUTH instead of putting out puff pieces?

    I guess This One is going to side step the issues with the Baka people who were being victimized ie RAP* and torture by the African Parks rangers. He has some nerve talking about Piers Morgan who I feel should have responded to a reporter’s question about the phone hacking case with a question inquiring about this brewing scandal. The nerve calling someone out all while ignoring the pleading from these people as well as those groups trying to bring the matter to his attention. Apparently he knew about this over a year ago and still there is no response from him nor the use of his platform to bring attention in an attempt to address it. The only thing we see is his dodging responsibility by hiding behind his globe trotting escapades going so far as using a visit to King Pa to avoid scrutiny when he went to Las Vegas to attend an awards ceremony shortly afterwards. Shame on any African country that continues to allow this man to use their people under the guise of humanitarianism. IMO
