There is no American aid money coming to Ukraine. Not for the next few weeks, probably not for the next month, perhaps never.
Europe better face up to that very, very quickly. Because if it sits about right now waiting for the USA to make up the deficit and supply for Ukraine then this is going to get a lot worse for the Ukrainians this year. It has been four months since Biden’s budget request and Trumpist Republicans have managed to deflect, block and blame. It is very serious now. We must do everything in Europe and assume the U.S is out.
