Prince William has made a return to royal duties after his father, King Charles III, announced his cancer diagnosis and his wife, Kate, was hospitalised for abdominal surgery. Charles, 75, is at his Sandringham estate in Norfolk, having received outpatient treatment in London on Monday. Since he is unable to undertake public-facing duties for the foreseeable future, Prince William, 41, becomes the leading member representing the monarchy in public.

Not negotiation on Ukraine because Ukraine was and is Russian Tzar Territory and pivotal integral part of Russian Integrity for the Sovereignty of Russia and Human Rights protection BUT we want to negotiate with English countries on the peaceful living of EU because Russia is not in danger of Third, Fourth and fifth world wars but EU and English countries. Russia can defend it integrity and Sovereignty but EU not and I think that English countries are intelligent and don't want that any war come close to their English borders. In this I don't want to clear the situation because we don't want to put EU in more Economics and strategical problems and believe me THAT even Israel can defeat EU. So then why not others which are more more powerful then Israel and have their support everywhere. They are cooperating with us but they are not ready to help EU. If we look into South American countries, Black African countries, Arabic and Asian countries they all have their up-growing Economics problems. So there every one want to escape from there Economics problem and want to get shelter in EU countries for their families. In this we know better through the practical experience of Past history that under-develop countries can't solve their Economics problems due to lack of their Doctrine qualified Scientific comprehension through which people become scientist and inventors and inventions are the solutions of Economics problems but they can't so they will escape to EU and English countries and try to get their refuge in EU and English countries but if Bombs explode in EU because of Terroristic activities in EU and English countries then where will escape EU population. So the Threat is not for Russia and Russia is not any Oppressive State and had never created America, Canada and Australia on others Territories NOR Russia had occupied Subcontinent OR thrown "Atom Bombs" on Japan NOR Russia had created Israel on Others Territories NOR Russia had OR have any migrant problem but Russia is a country of Human Right protection and do its job properly and accurate and don't shift Russian problems on Tomorrow OR on next government NOR try to waste time and money and Russian resources and THAT was not Russia who explode the under ocean water Gas pipe line for Germany NOR it is duty of Russia to investigate and research on that to waste time and money but through that Russia become aware that even under ocean water pipe lines are not safe and secure. So our Russian negotiations are start on the point THAT English countries don't try to shift their problems to EU countries and EU shouldn't try to shift their Economics and strategical problems towards Russia and Russian countries. I think this thoughtful message is enough for Today for English and EU countries besides this our KGB has informed us that there are more then "Three hundred" Terrorist organisations active and in this we also want the protection of Russian and Ukraine peoples in EU countries
