  1. This was a clash with Russian spetnaz and some of their Donbass crash dummies

  2. It’s night and day between the gear they had back in 2014 and now, and that’s before the main Russian invasion, the ditching of the old Soviet gear for western gear.

  3. The [Battle of Illovaisk (August 2014)](https://ilovaisk.forensic-architecture.org/) was a defining moment in the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Thousands of regular Russian military were brought in with more than 300 Russian tanks, IFV’s, and APC’s, and encircled Ukrainian forces. In total, over 350 Ukrainian soldiers were killed, reportedly around 500 were taken as POW’s, at least a few of the Ukrainian POW’s were executed on the spot, and many more were subjected to beatings, torture, mock executions, and threats of physical violence while held in detention facilities in Eastern Ukraine.

  4. I was looking for old Ukraine war vids couldn’t find any and then I found out YouTube deleted around 9000 videos and channels of the topic. Very strange in my opinion.

  5. It blows my mind that people don’t know this conflict has been going on since 2014. Real lack of history education in the United States. No wonder we never learn from our mistakes.
