Remembering La Decima

I don’t know why, but today I was remembering la Decima vs Atletico in Lisboa; May 2014. We were down 1-0 and kept knocking at the door, but nothing was going in. Time was running out and our hopes and dreams were barely alive. And then……………… Modric sends everyone into ecstasy with that exquisite corner kick for Ramos to put in the tying goal ……**when there were seconds left on the clock**. I WAS GOING CRAZY!! I bet you were too. Admit it.

Then we go into overtime, we had an amazing left side run by di-maria which culminated in a 2nd goal by Bale………..the crowd goes wild.

Then a marcelo goal, with a ronaldo penalty as a cherry on top. 4-1

That was one of my favorite finals. Truly amazing.
