But why??
I think this is the best deal we’re gonna get from those traitors
$47 billion will do for now. Can be added to later. The Democrats are very likely to gain the majority in the House of Representatives in November. They may lose the majority in the Senate, but that’s not certain. If the Dems hold both houses and Biden is reelected (extremely likely), aid will flow like beer in Dublin.
14 billion less for US companies!
They still might not pass this one though, thanks to Moscow Mike.
Hey man as long as it passes and another one comes along after it ends
Force the vote! Let’s get a bead on who’s standing in the way and make sure they are held accountable for it.
At this point, consistent funding is important.
Stop pissing around. Go straight to the path that will work, even if it takes a few weeks. Ukrainian soldiers are being wounded and dying while you guys fart around.
Let’s hope it passes this time. It may be less money than the earlier package but $47.7 billion will nevertheless be appreciated by the Ukrainian forces.
If it gets it through fucking deal!
Europe is already scaling up 47bn would cut the mustard fine
Just needs to get them through to the election.. hopefully this is enough for now
The Senate bill is better with 66 billion for Ukraine, this bill is 47 billion. Still will be a big boost for Ukraine.
If they pass that, $47.7B is still good. Doubt it’ll make it to the floor though with Johnson being a Russian asset.
At this point just get ANY money through, the rest can come in later!
Remember what has happened here when you go to vote America… remember who felt that betraying allies for their own political clout was going to be fine because they’d be voted back in…
Better than nothing, good, GO FOR IT!
Totally ridiculous, but it will keep Ukraine supplied with missiles and artillery shells and help them hold the line till after the US election. Something is better than nothing and 47.7 Billion is still a damn good boost.
It’s DOA as well unfortunately
All we need to do is make it to February 2025. 47 billion should do that.
dude fine whatever give them shit now.
