Whatever you have to do with HHU they filed a seizure against you on February 2 but with this letter they revoked it. Looks like your fine.
No idea why this letter is created in this stupid way.
Only the first item is checked. It says that your bank account is no longer “blocked”.
The other two items are not checked. So I believe they don’t apply and can be ignored. I also think the three items are mutually exclusive which fits to my understanding.
It sounds like you have gotten a previous letter about a [distraint](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distraint), which is hereby being rescinded…?!
