    I think it ruins it. You need more bechamel sauce so it doesn’t feel dry, tzatziki doesn’t help

  5. As others have said, it is usually made with more bechamel. But it looks like you have done a great job overall, great effort 👏🏻

    Also, I’m curious.. why tzatziki on top? If you did it because *you* wanted to try it, ofc go ahead (we all like crazy combos sometimes, this isn’t the food police haha). But if someone told you this is an actual Greek thing.. it’s not. Definitely not.

  6. Thicker beschamel and I personally do pasta-meat-thin layer of beschamel-pasta-meat-thick layer of beschamel – cheese. I also add a little cheese to the beschamel.

    Also ditch the tzatziki on top.
