I do believe her account and think he should answer for his actions – but the whole concept her lawyer stated about this being totally about justice is for the rags.
If he settled out of court, I would bet justice would go right out the window.
Nonetheless, I don’t think that will happen and reckon the Royals will just rope-a-dope this as much as they can and let it run it’s course. The last thing they will want is to have to pay up and can fully see this being dragged out until the Royal predator is skint and is ‘assetless’ to the point where he will just end up declaring bankruptcy.
To my mind, everyone involved in this particular case is driven by money, and whilst Guiffre may be entitled to some form of monetary closure, I just think the only justice that would settle this for all involved would be of the monetary kind.

But he was around 40 then and a “young” girl could have been anywhere from 18 – 25 (any younger in public and the guy is an utter nutcase), if say 25 then probably half the men there (at an upmarket club) would have been in the same situation, Mistresses, Escorts etc… they (the men) have the money and I have been to those clubs (not in London though) and have seen how they operate and this is entirely normal (or was back then at least, probably not much has changed).
Also even then if you looked much younger than 18 most club management would intervene (maybe not with HRH though..) *if* you managed to get through screening (again maybe he went through a VIP entrance if they had one).
Saying that there is so much of this Epstein story we don’t know… and will never likely know I suspect (Ghislaine Maxwell has stated she think he was murdered and let’s face it she would know better than anyone else).
