I wonder if these were actually found in storage or if these are unofficially bought from an actor not wanting to be associated with the war (for example because their country depends on Russia or because they are from the black market)? Alternatively I would say they were confiscated in a conflict but considering that this is Czech Republic, I do not know which country would this be.
