I’ve received the following transactions on my bank account, it is supposed to be a payment from Rossman on 11-2023 but how does this works? I mean, I remember going to that Rossman and buying something with my card, it has no issues at all then a few days after that they suit me a total refund with no apparently reason (at least to me). What is it? Should I pay it or is it some kind of scam?

Was your “refund” really a refund or a “Rücklastschrift” resp. “Rückgabe der Lastschrift”?
If one of the latter: Your payment was not processed, probably due to insufficient funds or because you requested it.
