I have already use Anti-Schimmel spray here but the left part is getting bigger. I suspect that it’s a leakage. Should I contact owner and inform him about this?

Yea absolutely contact the owner asap, there is something seriously wrong above the ceiling.
Edit: it looks like there was an older leak or water ingress, which is causing the overall discoloring and mold, but the part on the left is definitely a major concern, especially if it happened suddenly.
Yes that looks wet. Please contact owner. Maybe talk to the tenant above you.
