I discovered some letters and postcards in a box of family heirlooms, dating from the 1920s and written in German. Anecdotally, I know that my dad had first cousins in Germany that died during the holocaust and whose letters stopped suddenly around 1942. Could these have been from those cousins? Can anyone help me translate? I have several. Thank you.

translated to roughly
>The child here is 7 ½ months old. I kiss you all. Your sister-in-law ?? and ??.
So is seems just like a very brief update with greetings, nothing more.
What is noticeable that there seem to be some errors; it could be that the person writing wasn’t a native German speaker, or didn’t learn to write properly (although I’d guess that then the handwriting would be much poorer), or it’s just a clerical error. Or maybe people wrote things slightly differently a hundred years ago.
