I’m curious what both sides are offering each other now so they’re going to meet again after several rounds of failed negotiations in a row?
Well, I suppose it’s not quite dead just quietly rotting,but it will certainly be dead after this talk.

To move the amount of force Russia has moved costs a lot. And I mean A LOT. They need to get something for that price else shit hits the fan. Americans are not in the mood to give presents so I think we should buckle up for a new war.

Well, this is a distinct change of tone by the west. Seems clear they want a deal and are just looking for ways to word it that minimises political embarrassment:
