1. It looks like he was asked for his weapon and refused to surrender it leading to the execution. I’m not condoning the actions here but in war, when you surrender and your aggressor asks for your weapon, I guarantee they won’t ask twice

TBH if I were Ukrainian I wouldn’t think twice about shooting orcs unless officers were present – they aren’t worth getting court martialed over, just put them down and move on to the next objective. Putin DGAF about them, why should Ukrainians? The goal is to get back home and start rebuilding the country, free of Ruzzian stink.
