It actually looks quite similar to Notre Dame in Paris. There are some things that are not the same, but it is a good approximation.
Preaching for my case here but the cathedral could be Notre Dame de Paris as the little green shops on the right looks like our typical cultural street bookstore and painting spots heritage in Paris.
But the place is not with the same configuration and the perspective is not easing my reading
That is typical artist schlock sold to tourists in Paris. Monuments (this one is meant to be the Notre-Dame cathedral) are loosely represented, often not terribly well (as is the case here) and often with the wrong surroundings or perspective (also the case here). Those green things on the right are meant to be the “bouquiniste “ shops along the Seine near there, but which are not actually in that location.
These crappy artworks are sold to gullible tourists in their tens of thousands every year
