  1. Calling it now: “Tut tut, that’s a bit naughty. Now don’t you go doing it again, will you.”

  2. Top priority for any incoming Labour gov is to beef up a number of regulators, and especially Ofcom.

  3. Lmao all of the “OfBLAH” regulators in the UK are completely fucking useless and won’t do a fucking thing to actually regulate anything.

As soon as a doner gives them £1, they can do whatever the fuck they want.

  4. This town hall was absolutely hilarious.

You could sense the anger within Rishi Sunak when the anti-vaccine guy started speaking.

  5. Ofcom are silly. They are essentially upholding complaints that randomly selected questions didn’t allow for a balance of views.

That’s basically saying we can’t ask questions of politicians on TV unless unless we represent every alternative view within those questions.

  6. I still can’t fathom sitting MP’s having their own TV shows? Where else does this happen?

There would be uproar in my home country if a sitting MP decided to host their own TV show on a station that blantantly shares their point of view.

  7. Just another example of the Reichwing media getting away with BS and no consequences from the regulator!

  8. I watched it and I’m intrigued to understand what the complaints were for and if actually legitimate, rather than we just don’t like GB news. It seemed balanced and the PM got a roasting from a few people with a varied amount of questions asked. I’ve seen many of these questions things before and I don’t think there was a lack of balance plus it was only an hour so only so much could be asked.

I have more of a feeling that these complaints might not actually be legit as I’ve seen some heavily one sided “debates” on the BBC and not a sound is made.

The reason why this might not go anywhere is that there is possibly nothing to review. GB news have improved heavily on impartiality which I can’t say for BBC and sky. The old legacy media really don’t like another competing broadcaster it seems.

  9. It was a managed appearance and it still made him look terrible

  10. Beloved leader Rishi Sunak,

I was wondering… random question… what were your great achievements as PM … so far hehehe?

    What? Why are you laughing?

  11. Wow, that must’ve increased the viewership from 3 to 5 listeners! The truth prevails! /s

  12. Regulation is theatre under the conservatives, unless they can use it for something themselves.
