Upon researching, we found that the estimated cost per person is approximately $10,000 (8 countries) / per person, which we find to be quite high. Given our extensive sailing experience worldwide, where a 48-foot catamaran typically costs around $350 per day, we are wondering if there are comparable alternatives for the Germany Danube. Alternatively, can we explore the possibility of privately renting a chartered boat with a captain to create our own customized tour along the Danube? Any guidance or advise please?
