Bit annoying knowing that the Welsh Gov Transport Dept, Burns Commission and Transport for Wales have been working for the last decade on a list of new stations to prioritise… and then the UK Department for Transport picks a random one in the Vale of Glamorgan (file under: Tory voting area) to reopen. Probably good but if they weren’t so biased towards Bristol they’d have been better opening one at Cardiff Airport first.
