  1. They’re sheep sheds. For protection from the elements for the sheep

  2. Nip inside, peer out of the window to find the sexiest sheep, have a furious wank out of the cold.

  3. They’re sheep sheds – They protect the elements from the sheep during harsh baa’s

  4. Until relatively recently these were mainly used for overwintering cows. These days they aren’t used as much as the cows are overwintered in very large sheds (typically 8-10 times the size of the barns) close to the farmhouse. Mechanisation has made that the better option.

  5. The real answer is grim… We have a serious heroine problem and they’re rural shooting galleries….

  6. God, those beautiful drystone walls. What a beautiful part of England it is.

  7. The Barn System of agriculture. Used for sheltering stock but mostly for storing winter hay.

  8. They’re where we are hiding all the teabags to drive the price up! 😂

  9. Disguised nuclear missile silos for Yorkshire’s independent deterrent.

To be used against anyone using a microwave to make tea.

  10. They’re love shacks. You need somewhere sheltered to make sweet love to the sheep.

  11. Have you heard of cottages? These are places where people go cottaging. For more information, Google cottaging. There’s an entire club in Fulham called The Cottagers.

  12. We like to install grey carpet and basic Wickes kitchen & bathroom appliances in them and then put them on a programme called “Homes Under The Hammer”

  13. It’s where the gobbling goblin lives. Very handy if you have just stepped in for a quick sheep shank.

  14. It’s to keep sheep dry, otherwise when they get wet the wool turns to velcro and they all stick together making one super sheep which can only be dealt with by helicopter gunships in the abattoir. Hth.

  15. Large bee hives to pollinate the fields of crops.

  16. For keeping things in , similar to US sheds , but in the US they keep stuff in their sheds , here in the UK we keep things in the shed. Hope this helps.
