The title is misleading. Or at least the key word is *could* as in perhaps maybe in part.
This is highly theoretical and hasn’t even been constructed in a lab yet. It’s not clear what part of the panel would increase power production and under what circumstances. This is an interesting theoretical study that warrants further research and physical experimentation to test it.
