Topograhpic map of Poland Tags:Europe 18 comments That’s a pretty looking map. It looks like air pollution map [Higher resolution](https://i.redd.it/96n5wi5mdi271.jpg) (2280×2280) Interesting. What’s the hole/black spot 2/3rds down in the middle? Didn’t expect it to be that mountainous Not as Flat as i thought it was. If I tilt the phone a bit, it looks like Romania :)) Now if only Poland had its mountains snaking through the middle of the country instead… I have never seen more misleading map than this. According to this map I live in the mountains – 280 m above sea level… looks like mouldy bread. My topographic map of Serbia gets taken down but this one and Ukraine one get to stay. Nice double standards. Fun fact – 2 times more people live in the southern half than in the northern half. Did Vistula flow into Oder in the past? That river valley of Warta/Noteć looks suspicious. Didn’t realise the Polish republic was that mountainous No wonder you managed to curb the Russians in 1920 💪 What is happening in the southeast? It looks like a desert. Somebody overdeveloped that area? I always imagined Poland to be much flatter than this. Reminds me of Rohan from the Tolkien world. A mountain range side with plains, never ending plains. ToPoland, if you will. Leave a ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
