I find his death to be extremely sad and a really huge loss. Yet I see what he’s left behind, what his children said in their speech is true. He showed us the way. He told us never to give up. The legacy he left was closed off spectacularly by his Christmas speech. I’m glad he got to go that.
He was a good person, and an example of what a good European can be. I will personally miss him.
