Yes, it is true that the leaders of major states regularly make decisions which result in people dying; that’s the nature of the world we live in. But only a fool is incapable of seeing any distinction between, say, Obama giving the okay for the operation to take out Osama bin Laden, and Putin ordering the assassination of journalists and politicians who oppose him.
