  1. For once I’m going to invoke a very bad stereotype about us: Our feet stink

  2. I’m fucking busy on that grindset. I don’t have time to take off or put on my shoes when I’m rushing to the tulip market

  3. something something the Rhine separating the barbarians from the civilized people

  4. Germany as always, the best in everything, there is a line between us an France, an i am happy to stand on the right side.

  5. Every time i have been asked to remove my shoes im wearing that particular sock with a really visible hole in it that ve sweared countless times im going to throw to the bin, but i never do.

So yeah, im sorry, but ill keep my shoes on.

  6. Yeah no chance in fuck I’m letting someone walk round with shoes on

  7. What is the source on this? Everyone I know usually takes off their shoes when they enter someone’s house.

  8. i’ve seen a lot more people trend towards keeping shoes on as more and more people seem to not have carpets, but it still feels like the exception rather than the norm

edit. when visiting. if you wear shoes in your own home you’re a monster

  9. Why would you want to drag the filth from the streets into your house?!

  10. If you wear outdoor shoes indoors you’re basically an American.

  11. I never keep them in my own home, slippers are way more comfy and I prefer not to dirty my home with stuff from the street.

When in another’s house I adapt to the house rules.

And if the fear is stinky feet then I suggest you change socks everyday and you use a disinfectant in your shoes 2 – 3 times a year. Smells are caused by bactery build up in your shoes, get rid of the bacteries and your shoes and socks will smell fine.

  12. I swear before God I take off my shoes to go home.

But, if someone doesn’t take their shoes off at his home, then I keep mine

  13. That sexy layer of bacteria/dog urine/spilled alcohol/drunken tourist vomit you bring home on the soles of your shoes after walking the streets of Paris or Barcelona 🥵 so hot omg. Sorry, but I choose to wipe the floor a bit after your southern European stinky feet than all that disgusting shit

  14. cuz if i leave them outside i will no longer have shoes

  15. Germans are just as barbaric as PIGS. They generally don’t take off their shoes.

Remember: outdoor shoes inside is HARAM. Inshallah.

  16. Basically everyone i know in the Netherlands takes off their shows. It wouldnt make much sense for us to keep them on considering it rains 170 days a year and going in your house with wet shoes is a great way to get mud tracks through your house.

  17. No one gets out of my hallway with their shoes on… ain’t trailing shit into my carpets

  18. who the fuck leaves their shoes on in the house

  19. Never understood the whole taking your shoes off thing.

    – Streets aren’t that dirty
    – Doormats exist for if your shoos are muddy.
    – You should vacuum your house once a day and mop it every week anyways so it doesn’t matter.

I only understand it if you have your entire house carpeted but cmmon who has that these days?
And if you have a dog it really makes your efforts go to waste.
Also cmmon guys we are europeans a bit of dirt has never harmed us? This whole ‘its gross’ behavior is something the americans would do. Shame on you.

  20. Nah people take their shoes off. Can’t deny that I’ve seen a few people keep theirs on, and in Italy I definitely saw it, but not in the UK.

  21. Everyone i know takes their shoes off . But ofcourse belgium has alot of barbarians so im not surprised

  22. I always remove the shoes when entering a house and tbf everyone I know does that
