I think the folk doing these protests are very brave. The climate is fucked and getting worse fast, but our politicians aren’t doing anything near enough to resolve it.

So she expected this protest to make people and the govt think about climate change and question policies… when she herself didnt think about wider consequences or question the location.
Being near Heathrow was surely by design considering planes do far more damage than cars so I’m worried about the lack of critical thinking skills being taught at Cambridge.
Mr Packham later said outside the court: “What makes a music student, aged 22, with her whole life ahead of her, do something as precarious, physically dangerous and now, potentially in terms of an impact on her life, dangerous?
“Well, I think I know the reason and I think everyone else knows the reason.”
