  1. I’ve always said, history happened. No matter what your personal opinion or stance on it is.

  2. How will I know if I’m on the irish or British section of the new A5???????

    Jamie Bryson’s head explodes

  3. This is motivating me to pay a visit to the Boyne Valley which has been a shocking oversight on my part as a history enthusiast.

I only have one concern about this. Given the Boyne valley is such a critical historical location for Ireland far beyond the ‘the battle of the boyne’ is there a risk that the wider historical and cultural context of the region could be somewhat overshadowed by emphasis on 1 battle? I am thinking this from a position of ignorance having not visited the region before.

  4. Been there not much to see, nice field if your a local and like a walk. Battle of Aughrim was the decisive battle anyways.

Im not really sure what ya would enhance.

  5. They’re putting all the puzzle pieces together to accommodate the unionists/loyalists for the eventual unification of ireland, great to see

  6. As much as I hate Leo’s big smug head, this is the correct call to make.

  7. Got to keep the stitchbums happy bais. Sure fuck I don’t mind the 12th anyway. It’s a day off work and an excuse to fuck off somewhere nice while they have a big dirty orgy down at DUP HQ

  8. Was Jim Alistair literally not complaining last week on Nolan that these North / South investments are a huge waste of money?

On top of that he isn’t concerned about a grubby war that happened in a foreign country (the country his parents were born in), so surely he will want this money redirected else where?
