  1. It looks like OP posted an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of [concerns over privacy and the Open Web](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmputatorBot/comments/ehrq3z/why_did_i_build_amputatorbot).

Maybe check out **the canonical page** instead: **[https://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory/russia-denies-pretext-invade-ukraine-82306615](https://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory/russia-denies-pretext-invade-ukraine-82306615)**

  2. No sane country would like to be in Russia’s sphere of infuence. Waving your gun at them is the worst way to convince them otherwise.

  3. Can someone explain what they are trying to accomplish. If they invade Ukraine it could push Finland into NATO. They would become definite pariahs. If they really wanted to invade Ukraine they would surely fabricate some sort of pretext ie attack a radio station or some terrorist attack?

Im trying to see an endgame here for Russia. Has something changed that is pushing them to this madness.

  4. Seriously, how this is considered news? Which country would ever say “Yes we are looking for pretext to invade XYZ”? This does not make any sense.
