Can someone explain what they are trying to accomplish. If they invade Ukraine it could push Finland into NATO. They would become definite pariahs. If they really wanted to invade Ukraine they would surely fabricate some sort of pretext ie attack a radio station or some terrorist attack?
Im trying to see an endgame here for Russia. Has something changed that is pushing them to this madness.
