  1. Can’t understand a thing, must be my hearing desabarlity,

  2. That’s not a dialect, it’s a speech impediment.

  3. I think I saw this video before, wasn’t the guy from Scotland?

  4. He is asking about the accessibility of the parliament because there are some disabled MPs, right?

Where do I get my Scottish passport?

  5. He’s asking what can be done to make Parliament more accessible for people with disabilities.

Perfectly clear to me, but then I’m from the north of England, so it’s kind of our job to translate Scottish for the rest of England.

  6. I am not even from the UK and I could understand him perfectly. I think the other guy is either on quaaludes or just being an asshole.

  7. I understood him…

My English teacher in secondary school was Scottish.

  8. That’s an emubrit that couldn’t understand the jock

  9. Guess swamp German kinda overextends into other guttural sounding languages/dialects.

  10. He is asking about how Parliament can be made more accessible to people with disabilities. This is obviously very important to him because as we can all hear, he has a disability.

  11. He’s perfectly understandable though…

(Watching Burnistoun must’ve really paid off apparently)

  12. I mean, I have worked in the local fishing port, and sometimes struggled to understand fishermen living in the same area as I. I just nodded and said yes.

  13. I… Hear some words?? With some guesswork I could probably try to figure out what he was saying

  14. English isn’t even my mother tounge and I could understand him perfectly fine

  15. I read somewhere that the acoustics in the House of Commons are very bad in real life. That, combined with the ridiculous fast speaking tempo of mr Scot would make it hard to understand him.

  16. I’m proud to say that I’ve understood what he said

  17. i’m french and i can understand . and also i volontarily speak in an incomprehensible maner when someone pisses me off

  18. The second time is perfectly understandable, but I do understand that some people have a disability which makes it more difficukt

  19. The amount of nonces who don’t realise listening to something picked up and amplified by microphones is different to hearing something said across a chamber.

  20. It’s ironic because the Scottish bloke mumbles something about accessibility, but his speech isn’t really accessible at all.

  21. Boy speaks fast, yeah, but I understood the gist on first listen and the second one was barely details

  22. English is my second language, I never hear Scottish, and I could still understand the question clearly both times

  23. I understood what he was saying and I’m ESL.

True I had to listen more closely than normal, but its understandable.

He could do with speaking a little slower though.
