Whether his comments were extreme or not you can’t argue that the mass arrival of illegal immigrants is a security risk. Labelling them all as thieves rapists isn’t the way to go yet the current method clearly isn’t working either.
If you have 100 illegal migrants and a small minority of them are ISIS terrorists then the risk isn’t worth it on the new host country in this case France.

Just read a profile of him in the New Yorker, and I loved this line:
