The only thing that doesn’t feel French is that they apologize.
Hopefully they set that antenna tower on fire too
Hey, they apoligized
Kinda looks like they are having a British weather day.
If you want more frencheness to this picture, the workers are not on strike because they have specific revendications about their work conditions. But because the Eiffel Tower has not been painted and cleaned since 14 years, instead of the normal 7 years. The city wanted to save some money.
I can guarantee that this sign was written in perfect English first time around and someone however went back to make a purpose made mistake just to make sure the English was butchered a bit and to take a piss at the English language so no one assumes the French care for the language haha 😂
The french would not apologise for the inconvenience.
Non mais vous pensez qu’on va parler anglais pour les touristes? Et puis quoi encore? Retournez dans vos pays de sous-amércains
For once, it’s a good strike with good reason.
Well, only if you want the metal tower to stand the test of time (Basically, she need renovation, but Paris is stingy so nothing is done).
The only thing that would make this more French is if the writing were in French. If tourists don’t speak French, it’s their own fault!
la tour Eiffel est actuellement fermée. veuillez nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée. nous nous en branlons. doesnt fit on a placard.
Bof… weather sucked today anyway. You haven’t missed anything
Perfect pic of “I speak the language but I don’t respect it”
