He is being charged for organizing and assisting in breaking into an US government computer and that’s a real crime. What matters ethically is that he is doing it in service of evil forces.

I checked the Wikileaks website. Apparently 17 years were still not enough to not make it look like a devolved branch of Russia Today. The supposed justice warriors have 10 million leaks but it’s almost all about the bad bad West. Look the IMF is screwing Greece! Hillary’s emails! The fact that Assange hasn’t changed the website to at least look more credible while negotiating his rights, shows how far deep in Russia’s pockets it is.
