  1. So heard this podcast a while ago, and I started thinking about De Zerbi seriously. You might notice my other post about Flick and De Zerbi. I honestly feel we should go for De Zerbi because he suits us more and the way he goes with his transfers. Man knows his shit.

    But again these are my personal opinions. Whoever comes in I hope we start having some coherency. I feel like we are a pre Klopp, Liverpool. We need a long term manager.

  3. so in the other post of Yours someone pointed out You’re clearly biased and wrote the post in that manner, and You denied. Here You clearly state You prefer one over the other. At least pretend to be objective.

  4. One thing I like about de zerbi is his management of youth players. He doesn’t overplay younger players that are still developing. For example Evan Ferguson, 19yo and probably Brightons best striker, has only played 50% of minutes this season and has only been in the starting 11 for 11/23 premier league games. He’d be way less likely to run the young players into the ground.

  5. Wasn’t KPB kind of a flop at sassuolo? So you don’t want your team to be so one dimensional and dependent on an individual.

  9. we have a very young core of players and they’re very special, we need a coach with this sort of clarity and track record of developing players, when the board decides on the next manager i hope their common sense prevails and they think long term, our players have not been coached well, if the same trend of under qualified managers continues all these players will continue to be what ifs
