  7. I still don’t get why fans think Flick would be the best choice. He’s known to stick to plan A and has shown no signs of pragmatism. He had one excellent season at Bayern while the 2nd was a bit underwhelming. We need a coach who can tinker with the tactics when it’s not working out.

    Don’t get me wrong I love Flick. Seems like a nice humble guy and have nothing but respect for him and what he’s achieved. That Bayern side played some of the best football I’ve seen in my life (eventhough it gives me PTSD). But his sides are known for defensive frailty something which we’re already facing. That German NT stint was a major red flag eventhough they haven’t been in the best of forms in recent years.

  10. We just saw him fail miserably with a stacked Bayern squad. What the hell is he going to do at Barca? Remember he started going crazy when the media and press was after him at Chelsea? He’ll go insane with the biased Madrid media attacking him at Barca.

  17. Absolutely not. He plays with 5 at the back and 3 CDM’s. He needs big money to spend or he throws his toys out the pram. Even when he gets what he wants he still self combusts within 1-2 seasons. Every club he’s been at he falls out with the higher ups.

  28. I have a liking for this guy, but I don’t think he should become the coach of Barca right now. Our club is already facing a lot of drama, and Tuchel isn’t the ideal choice. He lacks good man-management skills, and overall, it wouldn’t be the right option for the club or even Tuchel.
    I am happy with Dr Zerbi and Flick, I think both works in different ways. Let’s wait and see.
