    “Sources: The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a concentration of Russian troops in the Kherson region in the Podo-Kalinovka area

    Messages appear on Ukrainian social networks, accompanied by a video, which we have not yet verified, that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a concentration of Russian military personnel in an open area near the village of Podo-Kalinovka in the occupied part of the Kherson region.

    Podo-Kalinovka is located no more than 27 km in a straight line from Krynki , the site of fierce fighting on the left bank of the Dnieper in recent months. The strike is said to have been carried out by missiles launched by HIMARS.

    An officer in the Ukrainian special services in the Kherson direction confirmed to the BBC that a concentration of Russian troops in this place was defeated.

    The Russian side did not officially report what happened.

    Earlier on Wednesday, it became known about the shelling of a training ground near Volnovakha using HIMARS , as a result of which the deaths of Russian military personnel numbered in the dozens. The figure was cited as 65 dead, but the governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory, from where most of the military personnel at the site of the defeat were called, said that it was greatly exaggerated.”
