So here’s what happened,
While purchasing the (1st)ticket for Barcelona vs Getafe, after the payment page, the website showed an error and I did not receive any confirmation of the booking on the website. Hence I purchased the (2nd)ticket and made the payment again. l intended to buy just 1 ticket and due to the glitch on the website I have ended up being charged twice and with 2 tickets. The ticket is unused and even the name of the holder haven’t been filled.
I do understand it’s my fault for not waiting a bit and checking weather I have been charged or not , but since the website displayed and error , I assumed my payment didn’t go through.
Now I’m left with 2 tickets , 1 of which I’ll be using and the other one I’m trying to sell but the websites online look really sketchy so I have come here for some help .
