  1. Peak oil demand is only a few years away. Even if OPEC likes to pretend that oil demand will only increase until 2050, Saudi Arabia recently abandoned the idea of boosting production from 12 to 13 million bpd.

    The writing is on the wall. Some countries will sell what they have before it becomes a stranded asset, further depressing the price.
