That’s West Lothian and Midlothian sorted, now onto the rest.
Hope they use it to improve access to various services like speech and language therapy and not on daft boondoggles like trans and bike infrastructure which ends up on ‘worst bike infrastructure’ lists
haven’t a bunch of councils already decided their budgets for this year ? And so will have to re-do them to account for these funds ?
