Hi, I’m a student working in Poland. I never really paid attention to these things but recently I have been wondering what does all this mean.
Around 700zl goes to zus and the govt.???
I couldn’t find information on the internet that I understand well enough, I have very little knowledge about these things and it’s my first job so thank you for helping :))

That’s health insurance and other social security contributions, mainly pension.
Because you’re under 20, you don’t pay income tax, or it would be considerably more.
