Rutte is a bad choice and we should veto him. Not just because of the Schengen vetos, but he is called Teflon Mark for a reason, that reason being corruption.
Our house plant is also a waste of space in the NATO HQ, he belongs in the trash bin of history. One of the worst Presidents we ever had. Corrupt, morally bankrupt, incompetent, lazy, etc.

To this day nobody is allowed to know how much his useless trips cost.
A disgrace to the role of any president. He’s good at putting up a good image and Germany likes him because he is a German ethnic, but otherwise he is as shallow as a puddle of mud.
