The British tax payer is fronting the bill for this repulsive circus.

The international community decided that you have a right to at least one citizenship. Some countries don’t allow maintaining more than one. This is one of the problems with dual citizenship – one of those countries can decide they don’t want you anymore. There are benefits and there are risks to maintaining more than one citizenship. If she was really concerned she could have denounced her other citizenship before UK to strip her of theirs.
Several of the children she bore died an early death, a fact by which she seems completely unfazed. I think she wants to have fertility treatment and pregnancy care in the UK so that she can raise a brood of like-minded little soldiers on the taxpayer expense
