IMO, a team like Bayern needs a personality like this (passionate, bigger than life, about the players and getting the most out of them through wild interpersonal dynamics.)
For me –write a blank check to Klopp and give him carte blanche over the roster with the goal of truly being the best club in the world. One that can go get revenge on Pep and beat ManCity in UCL every year, as well as trying to make a dent in catching up to Real Madrid’s trophy cabinet.
