  22. No one here is mentioning that they used countermeasures!

    This means they either are locked by an active radar homing missile, a ground based radar is locking them. This would mean they recorded the launchsite too.
    The other option is that an airplanes radar marked the target.
    Theoretically laser marking can be possible too(makes no sense here).
