Chinese aubergine with onion

  1. Recipe:

    * Slice the chinese aubergines and then soak them in water with salt for 15 minutes.
    * Slice the onions and fry them with olive oil for 10 minutes.
    * Add the chinese aubergines, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, chopped parsley, grinded ginger, grinded chile pepper and garlic powder. Add a little bit of corn flour to make the sauce heavier
    * Stir and cook for 10 minutes, stir numerous times during that time.

    Notes: This time I used apple vinegar, chorleywood honey and various types of onions: 1/2 of sweet onion, 1 small french onion and 1 zalla onion
